About Lilburn Cooperative Ministry
Lilburn Co-op is a Christian ministry serving the needs of individuals and families in our area, as well as the members of all of our supporting churches. Founded in 1994, we are an ongoing expression of God’s love in the community.
Our Mission
- Glorify God and demonstrate Christ’s love to others as a Christian cooperative ministry
- Utilize community resources to minister to the material and spiritual needs of those in crisis
- Preserve the client’s dignity, encouraging self responsibility and spiritual growth
Services To Support Churches
- A central ministry to refer those requesting assistance
- Screening of clients and their needs enabling the churches to use donations wisely and help prevent overlap and abuse of services
- Up to date information on additional sources of assistance
- Pool resources from our group of churches allowing each church to make a regular commitment that is within its own budget
- Send client information to churches for follow up
Who We Serve
Families and individuals in Lilburn, Stone Mountain (Gwinnett County) and parts of Tucker (Gwinnett County) plus all members of supporting churches regardless of where they live.
